RTranslator 是一个开源的 Android 离线同声传译工具, 支持语音输入和 TTS 输出, 支持对讲模式, 也支持经典手动输入文本进行翻译. 软件使用本地运行的 OpenAI Whisper (Whisper-Small-244M) 模型进行语音识别, 使用 Meta NLLB (NLLB-Distilled-600M) 模型进行机器翻译.
因此建议在至少拥有 6GB RAM 的设备上安装运行.

The best way to do this is to return a completely fake success response to the clients of these IPs, which can be delayed much longer than an outright ban. Alternatively, you can redirect requests from these IPs to a separate relay backend and continue to observe their behavior.

网易云音乐的每日推荐从一开始的 20 首逐渐提升到了现在的 30 首, 这多出来的 10 首里面掺进去了一些用户关注艺人的新曲, 还有大量以前就推荐过无数次但用户就是没有进一步关注的歌曲(它觉得用户喜欢系列), 现在每天听日推基本经常要手动跳过这些重复推荐的曲子. 日推总体质量并没有多少提升, 用来发现用户喜欢的新音乐的原本作用也没有多少改进, 个人作为多年的用户感受下来就是越来越难从日推里给一首音乐点红心了, 最近三年以来一直在听自己以前关注的艺人的音乐, 红心列表增长量已经一个月低至 1 首(有些时候甚至为 0), 虽然其他的收藏列表增长量更多一些, 没有进红心列表的原因是这些独立列表里的都是些感兴趣但不会总是听的类型.

然而 Microsoft 从一开始的 Segoe UI 到现在的 Fluent Emoji 就都不支持国旗类 Emoji, 某几面特殊的旗帜能够出现可能完全是因为它们不属于 "国旗", 虽然没有证据表明 Microsoft 也是因为政治问题, 但很难让人不联想到 Apple 的做法.
