玩得太复杂了, MTJJ 正确的做法就应该是和游科一样一言不发, 这件事本身就和公司这个集体没有半毛钱关系. 这下一脚踩进去, 以后都会有人时不时挑出来说 "罗小黑的制作公司屁股歪", 然后就是 "这动漫不如不看".
员工自己私下作践自己, 公司居然主动跑出来当和事佬, 带头冲锋的自然是要先把裁判毙掉才能继续干他们想要干的事情. 真要主动干预, 应该要让员工自己去灭自己点起来的火(大概率是灭不掉的, 除非真有某群人帮她去对冲), 灭不掉还烧到公司身上那更是魔幻, 吃不下自己言论的责任好果子, 那就尽早选择退路.
然而这根本就是网络日常无妄之灾, 自证陷阱. 小公司不想这么浪费员工又没有公关法务处理舆论, 那就只能沉默了. 这网上大部分的特定节奏就没有能持续一个月的, 还是在这么大的一个背景下面. MTJJ 本来就没几个人, 以后少让自己人掺和这些无聊的事情, 实在想锐评又不想处理公共关系, 建议开小号.

LKs 这次的舆论风波就是个很好的案列. 最新一期的看房 vlog 中, 他女朋友对着窗外的车流随口说了一句 "看着这帮社畜堵车", 立马就引爆了观众的情绪. 随后 LKs 立马道歉换再次剪辑过后的源, 还算弥补得很快, 但是箭已经离弦.

"社畜" 一词起源于日语, 含义就是表面的 "会社(公司)的牲畜", 这是服务于公司的人的自嘲, 在有身份认同的语境下, 这也是一个群体内部限定的群嘲用词. LKs 的视频风格虽然是偏向随和亲民的, 但他自己的人物身份设定和他自己的大部分观众都离得太远(特别是新粉), 而她的女朋友同样也是一类的身份设定. 和屏幕前的观众并不能产生很强的身份认同(哔哩哔哩用户群体也太年轻), 即使真的是自嘲, "社畜" 一出口反而把这个距离拉得更远. 无所谓的人多, 也不会往评论区发表, 但这次有所谓的人比以往的更多, 评论区就变得格外热闹.
当然了, 有就事论事分析不当言论的, 就会有直接 "分析" 到人身攻击的. 一直看不爽的人早就有, 这次只是墙正好倒了一起推一把而已.
